SALES MANAGER (PART TIME) - LIMASSOL REGION

Main responsibilities:

  • Full management of sales and marketing activities to promote the real estate market in Limassol.
  • Achieving personal sales goals
  • Achieving planned sales in offices
  • Motivating team members and improving organizational structure
  • Development and execution of a marketing plan for 2020-2021 in order to attract potential clients
  • Development of cross-sales between different cities
  • Building relationships with an agent network
  • Working with CRM
  • Selection of real estate objects for clients

Primary requirements:

  • Proficiency in oral and written English and Russian is required
  • University degree in marketing, business or finance
  • At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
  • Knowledge of MS office software
  • Self-motivated and ambitious team player
  • Have a persistent, positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Good negotiation, sales and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
